Significant History

Below, in reverse chronological order are significant dates/events in the history of Love Thy Neighbor.

June 4, 2019:
CoServ  Charitable Foundation presented the Clothing Assistance Program with a grant in the amount of $12,000.

February 14, 2019:
Washington Federal gave a $1,000 grant to the Clothing Assistance Program.

January, 2019:
Parkland Hospital Auxiliary presented Love Thy Neighbor with a $15,000 donation for the Love Thy Baby program.

September 20, 2018:
North Texas Giving Day occurred this day.  Love Thy Neighbor received over $20,000 from generous donors.  This was our best single day fund raiser ever.

February 1, 2018:
CoServ  grant presentation check for Clothing Assistance Program in the amount of $12,000.

January, 2018:
Parkland Hospital Auxiliary presented Love Thy Neighbor with a $15,000 donation for the Love Thy Baby program.  This was a $3,000 increase from previous years’ donations.

September 14, 2017:
North Texas Giving Day occurred this day.  Love Thy Neighbor received over $15,000 from generous donors.  Combined with a $5,000 match from an anonymous donor, LTN’s total was over $20,000.

August 14, 2017:
Board meeting, decision to postpone fall home tour until 2018 and concentrate efforts on North Texas Giving Day

February 8, 2017:
Parkland Auxiliary check received on behalf of Love Thy Baby program in the amount of $12,000.

January 12, 2017:
CoServ  grant presentation check for Clothing Assistance Program in the amount of $12,000.

January, 2016:
Parkland Hospital Auxiliary presented Love Thy Neighbor with a $12,000 donation for the Love Thy Baby program.

October, 2015:
CoServ  grant presentation check for Clothing Assistance Program in the amount of $12,000.  This was the first grant for the Clothing Assistance Program.

January, 2015:
Love Thy Baby officially becomes the 3rd program of Love Thy Neighbor, transforming from Newborns in Need to Love Thy Baby.
